Who is this course for?

It is suitable for both beginners and professionals. The first part of the course is an explanation of basic ballet movements and exercises. It is based on Vaganova's method. Beginners will discover their first steps in ballet art, and pro's will dive deep in their knowledge in ballet.

What should I wear during training?

You will need comfortable clothes, such as leotards, t-shirts, yoga leggings, etc. Any outfit you feel free to move and stretch in. You will need a pair of socks or professional ballet flats.

Where can I do this training?

If you don't have a ballet barre at home, you can replace it with a back of a chair, countertop or anything stable you can hold on. If you have a mirror at home, try to stand in front of it to check yourself (optional).
